WittyINK is the Data Fiduciary for personal data we process. You are the Data Principal.

2. What we collect

  • Contact & Identity: name, email, phone, organization, role, country.
  • Project Details: briefs, instructions, reference files, style guides.
  • Billing: address, GSTIN (if applicable), transaction metadata.
  • Usage Data: site interactions, device/browser information, cookies.

We do not intentionally collect children's data. If you are under 18, please use the site with a guardian/parental consent.

3. Purpose & Lawful Grounds

We process data to:

  • Respond to inquiries
  • Provide and improve services
  • Invoice and collect payments
  • Ensure security and prevent fraud
  • Comply with law

Our primary grounds are your consent and performance of a contract.

4. Consent Management

Where consent is the basis, you may withdraw consent at any time by emailing wittyink.in@gmail.com. Withdrawal will not affect processing already done.

Project files are retained for 12 months by default for support/revisions, then securely deleted or anonymized unless law requires longer retention.
